1. Scope and contact
This policy describes how the current offline version of Memory Match Duanyou handles information, including gameplay, local storage, support requests you choose to send, and visits to related support and privacy pages on duanyoukeji.com.

2. Information handled by the app
The app works offline without registration or sign-in. It has no advertising or analytics SDKs, does not upload gameplay data to developer-operated servers, and does not track you across apps or websites for advertising.
The app stores preferences such as language, theme, timer, sound, haptics, and card reveal timing on your device, together with an unfinished game, personal best scores, and daily challenge records. This supports game recovery, saved settings, and local records. The app does not proactively transmit this data to the developer.
3. Information you send to support
If you email us, we receive your email address, issue description, and any device details, screenshots, or recordings you choose to include. We use this information to respond, investigate issues, and improve the relevant functionality, not for advertising profiles.
Our support mailbox uses Microsoft Outlook to process email. The email provider may process messages and related technical information under its own terms. Only send what is needed to investigate your issue. Hide unnecessary personal information in attachments, and never send passwords, verification codes, certificates, or private keys.
4. Apple services and TestFlight
Apple's handling of downloads, updates, system diagnostics, and device backups depends on the relevant services and your settings. It is separate from the app uploading gameplay data.
When you use TestFlight, Apple may process testing activity, crash information, and feedback you submit, and make relevant information available to the developer. See Apple's TestFlight & Privacy notice.
5. Website, service providers, and disclosures
The related website uses the domain duanyoukeji.com and Cloudflare services, with website traffic analytics enabled to understand page visits, assess website operation, and improve support content. Website analytics is separate from in-app gameplay records; enabling it does not add an analytics SDK to the app. When you visit, website infrastructure and Cloudflare may process technical data such as IP addresses, request paths, timestamps, browser details, and security events to deliver pages, maintain service security, and troubleshoot issues.
This HTML file itself contains no analytics scripts, ads, tracking pixels, or code that sets cookies. This does not mean that the deployed website or Cloudflare processes no access data or uses no security-related cookies. Processing depends on the services actually enabled. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
Website and email services may involve processing outside your country or region. We do not promise that data stays in a single country or region. Contact the email above with questions about service processing or privacy requests.
The app does not proactively share local gameplay records with third parties. Support email you send is processed by the email provider. Support information is disclosed only as necessary for service assistance, applicable legal requirements, or protection of legitimate rights, subject to the actual circumstances and applicable rules.
6. Retention and deletion
Local data remains on your device until updated, overwritten, or deleted. The app has no separate cloud-sync, export, or cloud-restore service. Whether device backups include app data depends on your settings.
Use the bottom of Settings → Delete Local Data → confirm to remove current progress, all best records, and preferences. This cannot be undone. It does not delete past device backups, support emails, or testing feedback already held by Apple, and is not a secure-erasure guarantee. Uninstalling and reinstalling does not guarantee recovery.
Support emails and attachments under our control are retained for 30 days from receipt of the email. Website access logs under our control are retained for 30 days. They are deleted when that period ends, unless retention is required by applicable law. This period does not mean that data independently processed by Apple, Microsoft, or Cloudflare for their own service purposes will be deleted on the same schedule; their applicable policies and service configurations govern that processing.
7. Your choices and requests
You can choose not to send feedback. Playing the game does not require an email address or other contact details. You can change preferences and delete local data within the app.
To ask about, correct, or request deletion of support information you sent us, contact the support email and describe your request. We may need limited, proportionate information to verify that the request relates to you. We will explain any applicable retention requirement or service-provider limitation. For data held by Apple, use Apple's privacy-management channels.
8. Security and children
Local data benefits from your device and operating system's security mechanisms. Protect your device unlock credentials and share screenshots or recordings carefully. No storage or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.
The app does not require users to provide their age or create an account, and is not intended to collect children's personal information. A parent or guardian who believes support feedback contains unnecessary information about a child can contact the email above to request assistance.
9. Changes to this policy
If accounts, networking, advertising, analytics, or cloud services are introduced, we will reassess our practices and update this policy. Where notice or consent is required, we will follow the applicable requirements. This policy describes the current version and does not promise that future functionality will never change.
